What are those 0 population villages that appear everywhere every day and never grow?
Some of them have been under newbie protection since server reset.
Are randomly generated villages or actual players?
If they are generated villages, is it possible to upgrade them into 100 pop villages? Now they just use the space and we cant even farm them. 0 pop villages ain't so good farms anyway.

They are players who didn't start after registering.
0 pops are usually deleted after 2 days of inactivity (after newbie protection) and that spot is open for registration and a new village takes it's place.
Villages that aren't deleted and have some population will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

I remember us discussing with Bas on chat about newbies under 10 pop. We decided they should be deleted after 3 days of inactivity total. Guess he never implemented that part.
I will update my profile every 3 days if I am on!
