Influence area - other villages building on it.

I though the influence area was mine but I have logged on to find a new village built on 'my' land.
Where should I look to find out what can be built where and on whose land please.

you can seize the land, but if there is a village there, the only way to remove it is to catapult it, destroy it completly.
Or ask the guy to move it. Nicely.

if its a main village it will only go if the player deletes their account or moves it with gems

Or if it's automatically deleted by the server.

Easy,make a lot of camps around your village,then you dont get a village from a new player on it.
